Most families who initiate a court proceeding end up resolving their legal issues in whole or in part without a contested hearing or trial. By appropriately leveraging the dispute resolution services of the family division of the court and using the court system alongside negotiation, most families end up reaching a settlement even after initiating court action.

Other nearby lots dot the neighbourhood. There is also street parking on Bannatyne Avenue and other side streets.
